Online or by phone. Tell us if you’re nervous, in pain, or need a step-free route — we plan around it.

A short form
We email a health questionnaire to fill in at home. It takes about ten minutes.

Your first visit
About an hour: a full exam, X-rays if needed, a gum check and an oral cancer screening. No treatment unless you want it that day.

Your plan
We explain what we found, the options, and a written estimate. You decide what, if anything, happens next.
What to bring
- A photo ID
- Your insurance card, if you have one
- A list of medicines you take
- Any recent dental X-rays (or your last dentist’s details)
- Glasses if you need them to read
