Children’s dentistry
First visits from the first tooth. Short, playful appointments that build trust before anything needs doing.
We like to see children by their first birthday, or when the first tooth appears. Early visits are mostly a ride in the chair and a count of teeth — so the first real treatment, if it ever comes, happens somewhere familiar.
Fissure sealants and fluoride varnish protect the back teeth during the years they are most at risk of decay.

Questions patients ask
Can I stay with my child?
Always. Younger children often sit on a parent’s lap for the first visits.
When should they first come?
By the first birthday or the first tooth, whichever comes first.
